Built From Crisis. Engineered For India.

From battery science to national infrastructure.

Our Origin

2018–2021: The Crisis

India's lithium shortage triggered mass battery failures. OEMs had no recovery protocols, fleets faced stranded assets, and NBFCs held non-performing inventory. The missing piece: scientific diagnostics and modular repair capability.

2021–2023: The Research

Founder Romesh Gupta (25+ years in engineering, battery systems, and EV reliability) self-funded rigorous diagnostic protocols in collaboration with IIT Delhi's CART and Mechanical Engineering Department. Over 2500+ battery post-mortems. Hundreds of diagnostic iterations. Result: 70% reproducible revival rate.

2024–Present: National Backbone

YANTI is now the category definition. 150+ batteries processed. Partnerships with OEMs, fleets, and financial institutions. ISO 9001 certified. Ready for national scale.

Our Vision

To make India the world's gold standard for scientific EV battery recovery, turning lithium liability into circular infrastructure and economic resilience.

Our Mission

Deploy rigorous battery diagnostics, modular revival architecture, and financial ecosystem tools to stabilize OEMs, secure fleet assets, recover NBFC portfolios, and minimize insurance losses across India's EV transition.

The Science Behind Revival

1

Thermal & Electrochemical Scanning

Real-time IR imaging, impedance analysis, cell-by-cell voltage profiling identify root failure.

2

Modular Diagnostics Protocol

Proprietary algorithm cross-references failure signatures against 500+ historical post-mortems.

3

Targeted Revival

BMS firmware updates, cell balancing, or selective cell replacement—not wholesale pack replacement.

How We Created the Category

Before YANTI, "battery revival" was theoretical. There were lithium recyclers (downstream), BMS firmware updaters (narrow scope), and scrap dealers (no diagnostics). What didn't exist: a scientific, modular, diagnostics-first approach to recovering failed packs for second-life or re-enablement.

YANTI's Category Definition:

  • Rigorous battery science applied to every diagnosis (not empirical guessing)
  • Modular repair taxonomy (firmware, cell balancing, selective replacement)
  • Financial ecosystem integration (NBFC valuation, OEM warranty ops, insurer loss prevention)
  • 70%+ reproducible recovery rate, certified quality
